“KIKI� brand Tamarind Concentrate is a 100% natural product. It is a water extract from the Tamarind Fruit. It is in a paste-like form, extracted from fresh Tamarind which grows abundantly in Southern and Eastern India. New crop is used to ensure freshness, flavour, natural colour and long shelf life of the product. It is free from additives and preservatives. Tamarind has natural Tartaric Acid inherent in the Fruit which acts as a preservative.
Since it is natural and a souring agent, this can be used as an excellent raw material/ingredient and an effective substitute for Vinegar, Tomatoes and Lemon juice. Tamarind Concentrate is extensively used in various ethnic cuisine. It is widely used in manufacturing western sauces and ketch-ups.
