Gherkin plant has the capability of packing processed Gherkins as per Buyer's specific recipie in various medium such as Brine, Vinegar or Acetic Acid with spices, sugar, salt, etc...  in glass jars of various sizes, namely 370 ml, 720 ml, 1000 ml & 1515 ml.

Tin cans of 3.1 Kg and 5 Kgs are available and bulk packing in HDPE barrels. The initial capacity of the plant is 10000 MTs of Gherkin per annum, translating to approximately 1000 containers.
